Hi! I’m Gina.

I’m good at helping folks feel great.

My journey into wellness began at a young age with yoga, a practice that not only challenged my body but also cleared my mind. As I deepened my practice, I discovered Ayurveda, an ancient system of healing that illuminated the profound connection between food, mind, and body. Through Ayurveda, I learned that the right balance of food could nourish the mind and that using meditation and concentration could heal the body. This holistic approach, with its focus on digestive health, inspired me to pursue the study of nutrition, leading me to where I am today—empowering others to achieve optimal wellness through functional nutrition and personalized coaching.

Sharing yoga, discovering ayurveda and studying clinical nutrition have all solidified the same concept: every person has their own, unique state of balance and life’s beautiful and often challenging circumstances are likely to throw one off it. Whether you need a reset, want to get “healthy” and don’t know where to start; or are navigating the healthcare system with a diagnosis you’d like a holistic perspective on, I can help. It is my great honor to assist you on the most exquisite journey of recovering your wellness.

I have a master of science in clinical nutrition and am a certified nutriton specialist (CNS). I also hold E-RYT500 status with Yoga Alliance and am an IAYT certified yoga therapist.

I’m originally from New York City, spent a decade in Venice, CA, 4 years in Utrecht, Netherlands and now call Cape Elizabeth, Maine home.

Wellness is about liberation. Health is freedom from disease and discomfort so that we can do all the noble things we live to do. In an ideal state of balance you crave exactly what serves your body best.

Gina was truly amazing to work with! I did a 1 year plan and I’m so glad because it’s been heaven-sent. She approached my health problems and goals holistically and with flexibility, adjusting the protocols as we went along.
