The past few years have made it clear: we need each other. I have been leading groups in yoga practice for 15 years and have witnessed the community that grows out of experiencing intimate introspection within a safe, shared space.

Here is what your subscription looks like:

  • Each participant submits an intake and weekly food journal so that they get regular feedback from me.

  • You get to ask all of your nutrition related questions.

  • We meet in groups once a week to move and breath together, and to discuss our health experiences and relationships with food.

  • We discover how we might apply the mindfulness acquired within a yoga practice toward eating.

  • At every group session we take on a diet, trend or biohack to try for the week, and discuss the merits and faults of it at the following get together.

  • Access to my video library

  • You also get access to functional labs at cost and can book a lab report with when you want to.

This membership is meant to teach you what works for you, what doesn’t, and the science behind it. You stand to gain an arsenal of tools for wellbeing and self-care and the appreciation of your tremendous self worth. You might lose a few pounds. Win win.
